Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

A real estate agent will hire a Transaction Coordinator (TC) to work on their behalf to handle the administrative work for the sale or purchase of a home. When hiring me as your TC, I will work to make the transaction process go as smooth as possible, which will free up your time so you can spend more time growing your business.

Some things you can expect from me are

Document Preparation

Ensure all documents are fully executed with proper dates, initials, signatures, broker information, and monitor compliance with the contract.

Collaboration

Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction, to include the Listing Agent, Buyers Agent, Buyer/Seller (your client as appropriate), Broker, Lender, Title Company, HOA (as appropriate), Inspector, and anyone else needing to be involved.

Timeliness

Conduct a final audit of file 7 days prior to closing to ensure all documents are uploaded and the file is complete, and submit all required documents within 48 hours of execution.
